Knitting Pattern in English for a Airy Raglan Blouse with an Open Back Part, Short Sleeves, a Round Neck, I-Cord Edgings and a Cropped Fit as well as a Cute Bow Closing the Back Part in the Waist in Sizes XS | S | M (L | XL | 2XL) 3XL | 4XL | 5XL.
 
Structure:
The blouse is worked seamlessly from the top down in stockinette stitch,
with raglan increases. First, the two shoulder sections are worked separately to shape both the open back neckline and the round neckline at the front. Once the yoke has been joined at the round neckline, the blouse is worked back and forth in rows in stockinette stitch, with classic raglan increases along the four raglan lines. The sleeve stitches are then separated from the body, and the body is continued back and forth in stockinette stitch to the desired length. The body stitches are then bound off using an I-cord bind-off. Next, the sleeve stitches are returned to the needles and the sleeves are worked in the round in stockinette stitch. Before finishing them with an I-cord edge, additional shaping is worked to create a subtle balloon-like silhouette. Finally, stitches are picked up along the lower edges on either side of the back, and the ties are worked to create the fitted bow at the back. The round neckline and the edges of the open back are finished with a classic I-cord edging. The blouse has a comfortable fit with a moderate amount of positive ease, while its construction and silhouette give it a timeless, elegant appearance. The signature feature of the design is the open back, complemented by the fitted bow as a distinctive eye-catching detail. The body and sleeve lengths can be adjusted individually. Please note that altering the lengths may require more or less yarn than stated in the pattern.
